Olympic Games 2024: Tee times announced for Rounds 1-2 of women’s golf competition

SAINT-QUENTIN-EN-YVELINES, France – Tee times for the first two rounds of the Olympic women’s golf competition at Le Golf National were announced Monday.

Team USA’s Nelly Korda will begin the defense of her gold medal alongside South Korea’s Jin Young Ko and China’s Ruoning Yin, with Paris 2024 marking the latest stop in the American’s season of remarkable success. The three major champions – all of whom are ranked in the top five on the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings – tee off at 9:55 a.m. local time on Wednesday.

U.S. teammate Rose Zhang is joined by Hannah Green of Australia and Great Britain’s Charley Hull in another threeball that’s sure to generate global interest, going off at 9:44 a.m.

Much will be hoped for from Celine Boutier, with the French star on home soil alongside world No. 2 Lilia Vu of USA and South Korea’s Amy Yang – another trio of major winners – at 11:55 a.m.

In another marquee group, Australia’s Minjee Lee is drawn alongside Japan’s Yuka Saso and Atthaya Thitikul of Thailand at 11:44 a.m.

Thirteen of the top 15 in the women’s world rankings are in action at Le Golf National, as the internationally renowned venue hosts a major women’s competition for the first time.

Team France’s Perrine Delacour will hit the opening tee shot at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
